From May 25, 2018 a new regulation on the protection of personal data adopted by the European Union entered into force. The regulation aims to ensure the protection of the data of natural persons from all EU member states and to unify the regulations for their processing.

Storage of access data in server log files

Physical identity: names, date and place of birth, telephone and contact email address.
Social identity: education, specialty, educational and qualification degree, training institution, diploma series number and date of issue.
Employment: position, place of work, address of the place of work.
In accordance with the requirements of tax and accounting legislation and for the purposes of our commercial and training activities, the period in which we store and process your data is 20 years, unless you have given your express consent to continue using it after this period has expired.
Provision of data to third parties in connection with the performance of a contract
In connection with the fulfillment of an order made by you for a product and/or service of KEYSIEM EOOD, your data will be provided to third parties - our subcontractors (e.g. companies for courier and postal services; hotels where we make reservations for overnight stays during trainings and events); institutions (e.g. MES, in cases where they require certificates of passed qualification); software and IT companies supporting our information systems; accounting, legal consultants, lawyers, insofar as this information is necessary for the performance of their assigned functions; persons specialized in the processing of personal data; other third parties - administrators of personal data within the Republic of Bulgaria, the European Union and the European Economic Area, insofar as this is necessary for the performance of our contractual relations with you.
